FORENSIC CULTURE AUDIT

Vaya’s Forensic Culture Audit entails in-depth exploratory work on the internal culture of a company through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Vaya’s Hiring Audit entails in-depth exploration of the processes and practices your organization uses to source, recruit, interview, and hire talent. During the audit, Vaya reviews relevant hiring policies and procedures, and interviews leadership, hiring managers, recruiters, interviewers, and other talent-focused employees. Together, Vaya’s data review and interviews unearth assets and opportunities in your organization's hiring process that directly relate to your ability to attract and retain top talent from all backgrounds.

EXECUTIVE ALIGNMENT

Alignment sessions are designed for senior/executive leadership teams to develop, tailor, and agree on the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, including potential roadblocks that could affect the program rollout. Alignment at the “top” and a working understanding of the underpinnings of DEI strategy is critical to ensure success. 

INCLUSIVE MANAGEMENT TRAINING

Vaya’s Inclusive Management Training consists of two half-day or 1 full day session designed for up to 30 people managers per session. In this training, we cover how to implement inclusive management and team principles in the context of the company’s work culture. 

INTRO TO DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION IN THE WORKPLACE

This 90-minute session is designed for up to 30 employees from any level. Building on Nicole Sanchez’ “Diversity in the Workplace” course at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, we provide an overview of DEI, highlighting how small adjustments around our assumptions, language choices, and communication norms can drastically improve inclusion for colleagues of all backgrounds, as well as overall company culture. 

DEI MASTERCLASS

This half-day session is designed for up to 15 team members from any level, all champions of the current DEI efforts inside the company. This can be a committee appointed to work on DEI, the team responsible for outcomes, or leaders of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
